Changed

• Store the signup cohort selection in a MODE_SESSION MUC cache
  (db/caches.php, definition signupselection) instead of writing directly to
  the $SESSION global, per the Moodle Cache API guidance.

Fixed

• Removed the commented-out example block from db/upgrade.php that caused the
  savepoints CI check to fail (it read the example's future version
  2025070100 as a real savepoint higher than the plugin version).


• Removed an N+1 query pattern in the tracking report (index.php): referenced
  users and cohorts are now preloaded in bulk with get_records_select() and
  get_in_or_equal() and looked up in memory. User records are fetched with the
  full set of configured name fields so fullname() renders correctly.
