AI Rubric Feedback

AI Rubric Feedback is a Moodle assignment feedback plugin that helps teachers create draft written feedback for student submissions. The plugin uses the assignment rubric together with the student’s online text, Word document, or text-based PDF submission to generate a suggested feedback text through a configured Azure OpenAI service.

The generated feedback is shown to the teacher for review and manual use. It is not automatically saved as final grading feedback, so the teacher remains responsible for checking, editing, and applying the feedback.

The plugin is intended for rubric-based assignment workflows where teachers want AI-assisted support for producing structured, criterion-based written feedback.
