I have the same problem reported by Graham Sandersfield using firefox, any solution?
Further to recent comment - this seems to be a browser issue - I am using Opera but the Forum works well on Chrome, Safari and Edge.
I have a problem with the plugin just installed. version 3.10.3 2021060100 - I get the error message on Submit - "There was an error with your submission: The message is required" even if there is a message in there. This does not happen when I am in advanced editor - here I can Post to Forum successfully.
Hi Ridhima, this plugin will be available for Moodle 4.0, however, no more features will be added during the next releases.
Hello developers, Will this plugin we available for Moodle 4.0 version as well?
Hi Paul, we haven't added the functionality around using Open forums in the mobile app yet. We will evaluate adding it per your request.
Hello Developers,
Like Meir Kirshner on Wed, Jul 29, 2020, 9:55 PM and before them Thijs Himpe on Tue, Feb 25, 2020, 6:42 PM, I'd also like to know:
| Is the open forum compatible with the Moodle mobile app?
I am currently using the Moodle Mobile App 1.0.1 and Open Forum (hsuforum), and I get the message:
"Uh oh!
Your organisation installed a plugin that is not yet supported.
Contact the site administrator and tell them you want to use this activity with the Moodle Mobile app. [etc]"
How do I go about getting Open Forums working on the Mobile App?
Thanks! Paul
Hello, will you add likes to posts in the future? This can be very useful
Hi, the use of the same tag (2020061100) for two apparently different versions (3.8.3 July 2020, 3.9.3 Feb 2021) is causing some confusion. Cd you confirm whether 3.9.3 is indeed a different version ? If yes, it should carry a distinctive tag, e.g. 2021022300. We've also noted the high error count for the code prechecks; could you advise on how this might affect use of the plugin in practice and whether this indicates any security concerns ? Many thanks.
Display mode is missing in this plugin, how do I sort replies [latest first, oldest first] as replies wise.
Will the Open forum be a Moodle 3.9 compatible?
I installed the 3.8 plugin to Moodle 3.9, but it says "You do not have the permission to view discussions in this forum".
Hi there guys. I just installed the hsuforum and i missed the edit reply link. My users just cant edit their reply on the post. Can anybody helps me out?
Hi, will there be a 3.9 certified version coming any time soon? Thanks
does the plugin will support in moodle app ?
Hi, can I second Simon Davies' point? This is by far the best forum plug-in I've seen so thank you. I have one question. I love the fact that discussion titles are visible on the course page, but is there a way to customise what is visible on the course page and/or how it appears? e.g. discussions stacked vertically, discussion content visible on course page etc?
