• Fixed the inactive and overdue report pages failing with an undefined `local_moderncoursereminder_report_courseselector()` function.


• Added explicit loading of the plugin `lib.php` where course-scoped reports use shared helper functions.


• Fixed Moodle Plugin Directory namespace-collision feedback by renaming CLI helper functions with the full `local_moderncoursereminder_` frankenstyle prefix.


• Replaced reported hard-coded user-facing strings with Moodle language strings.


• Moved bundled manager escalation template names and subjects into the plugin language file for translation support.
