BigBlueButton BN

as XMLAfter iǘ upgraded to moodle 2.3.2 and installed the big bluebutton-plugin 1.0.8-b2, I can insert and use the bigbluebutton at all. The message is: "Exception String could not be parsed as XML" (but in swedish).
Is this a known problem or is there a solution for this?

Robert: We just updated the Moodle repository with the latest available release (1.0.8-b2) whose version is 2012081300. This one includes fixes for two important issues. See http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/CONTRIB-3840 and http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/CONTRIB-3844. 1.0.8 was released for and due Moodle 2.3.

Martin: There's a new version of the integraton available on the Blindside networks site. Version 2012080810
Not sure if it will work with 2.3. It apparently solved problems I was having using BBB with Moodle 2.2.4+ (Build: 20120726).
I'm planing to upgrade to 2.3 very soon. If anyone's tried the newest Moodle integration with 2.3 and knows whether it does or doesn't work, please share.

Is it just me or has the new version for 2.3 lost the ability to schedule recordings?

I'm not sure if this is the place to put it, however, now there is an API that allows BBB to upload Powerpoints before a session. Could that feature be added to the moodle set up process. As there is no way of starting or stopping the recording in the live session, if the presentation can be uploaded before the session, it will minimize the amount of non-essential stuff recorded.

But it's NOT a block, and should be installed in /moodle/mod/ directory...

We just uploaded a newer version of the BigBlueButtonBN plugin (1.0.7) and it's been tested with Moodle 2.2 (and 2.2.2).

we are currently using the plugin with 2.2.2 and it works. I am wondering, though, with the latest 0.8beta4 update, if the plugin will be updated to allow uploading the presentation at the same time the moderator logs in.

It was quite a bit of work to update the 2.0/2.1 activity module for record and playback.
Before we do the same work for 1.9, we'd like get some customer pull; otherwise, we'll continue to focus our efforts on improving BigBlueButton.
