Admin dashboard

Admin Dashboard provides authorized Moodle staff with a centralized operational view of learning activity across the platform. It helps administrators, managers, course creators, and teachers monitor course performance, learner progress, engagement, compliance, certificates, and participants who may require support.

Key features include course and department analytics, learner progress reporting, pass/fail insights, compliance monitoring, certificate status, course completion tracking, at-risk participant analysis, and scheduled module reports. Optional AI-powered data assistance and sentiment analysis can also be configured by site administrators.

Access is controlled through Moodle capabilities, allowing institutions to provide dashboard access only to appropriate staff.
