I no longer work in higher ed, or on Moodle. The original author, Dr. Brissom is working on a new plugin that will be released soon. Thats all I can say right now. I no longer have time to support these plugins.

Any update on the non-Flash version?

Michael - I have not had an opportunity to test any of the music plugins in 2.5; hence why it is set to 2.3 & 2.4 at this time. You could install it and give it a shot. I won't be testing in 2.5 until I release the non-Flash version of this plugin. I am currently working with Music Scales first.

Does this plugin work with moodle 2.5?

I have update the plugin and it fixes the import issue.

This shows great promise but am unable to get the question import facility of Moodle 2.36 to accept more than one question out of all three modules.
