Hi, I saw this plugin, but it doesn't have it for version 3.9 of moodle, and I need to know when you update this plugin to this version.
Hi, does anyone know how to fix the following error:
ERROR: The attempt to fetch markdown.md failed with HTTP status 404.Check your browser's JavaScript console for more details.
Remember that you need to serve the presentation HTML from a HTTP server.
Thank you so much!
Hi, I would like to know if I can use this plugin in version 3.8 or 3.9? I saw that there are some 3.8 and 3.9 moodle sites with it installed on the plugin stats... But I want to know if there are any bugs that occurs when using this plugin with 3.8 or 3.9 Moodle version.
I wish to use the demo but guests can't login in it... can you enable guest access, please?
Hi, any news about the updates to this plugin to 3.8 or 3.9? Thanks! smile
Hi Fernanda,
Yes, hopefully the organisation that commissioned this plugin will be updating their version of Moodle & therefore this plugin will need updating too. Should happen soon.
Hi, will this plugin be updated to Moodle v. 3.7 or 3.8?
Wow! Cool! Exists a demo, but guests cannot access the course.
Hi Drew, please note that this plugin is not intended for non-technical users and requires some knowledge of managing files on remote FTP hosts and writing HTML. Documentation regarding this can be found here: https://github.com/matbury/mod_revealjs/wiki/Uploading-presentations
Hi -
I am attempting to add a presentation to my Moodle course. I add activity Presentation. in the Presentation settings the first drop down asks me to "Choose a file" to upload, however, there is no place in which I can do that. Any idea what's wrong?
Hi Donna,
I've just uploaded an updated version that works on Moodle versions 3.0 - 3.4
Cheers!
Matt
Is this plugin working with Moodle 3.4 yet? I would love to be able to use it. Someone just told me they can't get it to work. I'm not advanced, but I'm willing to work through it to get the presentation to work well. Any comment is welcome.
Hi Patrick, I haven't yet tested it with Moodle 3.4. At the moment, I'm very busy so I'll need to find the time to perform any necessary updates to the code and publish an official Moodle 3.4 version. However, I suspect that it will just work as it is. I recommend trying it out on a testing server first though.
I hope this helps,
Matt
Hi Matt,
Does it work with Moodle 3.4?
Thanks.
Hi again Sandra,
You can make the file permissions more open with: $ sudo chmod 0777 -R /var/www/moodledata/repository/revealjs (Assuming that you're using a standard LAMP server configuration).
