Here comes the Moodle 2 page menu module for course format "page". Provides a flexible and adaptative in-course navigation menu for page formated courses.

Description
This plugin provides the course format page with a "page based" full menu tree for helping internal navigation within a course "page" format.
This menu can be composed in a flexible way with pages, enternal links or activity direct links. It is a more suitable alternative to the standard navigation block in this special context, more controlled in page access, although we tried making the page course format as compliant as possible.
