Group Network Control

This plugin is linked to the ue of the MNET Moodle Network using the User MNET Hosts blocks as circulation principle.

As User Mnet Hosts uses profile fields to control which Moodle nodes a user can roam to in a Moodle Network, the Group Network block allows delegating the access control setup to teachers or whatever other role that cannot edit peer's profile. It will provide an easy to use interface to set on or off each host/user access information in a group or a course. 

Teachers will collectively manage those "per user" access authorisation, while the global networking capability is still globally required for concerned users.
