In your situation I think you may have other options to check on first. Can you record with the http://demo.poodll.com server ? Is your moodle accessible from other machines on the network? Have you muddled with the settings on the poodll filter settings page? (check demo.poodll.com for working settings)
Actually it is most likely the Tokyo server was overloaded. It happens from time to time. But if the problem persists, check your internet connection and make sure your poodll filter settings for Red5 are ok. Check the settings and connectivity at http://demo.poodll.com to see a reference site.
I'm having some troubles when I try to record a video from forum or other tools. I installed all the Poodll package and when i try to record a video, the "record button" is not avaiable to click. Instead, appears a yellow triangle. He is a print screen of the problem:
As you can see, i can't record the video because que red circle buttom is not avaiable. Can anyone tell me what is the problem?

That is because those areas do not accept file uploads/attachments. So you are also unable to access the repository system from the Moodle Media or Moodle Image icons, in those locations.
In that case there is not much we can do. But it is possible to use the PoodLL Feedback plugin in the assignment at least to give audio/video feedback.
