Course Banner Builder is a Moodle local plugin that lets administrators visually manage course and site banners. It supports source-based rules, inherited banner chains, image and border layers, title overlays, optional slideshows, live previews, and import/export packages for transferring configurations between Moodle sites.

Group import (via CSV)

"Group Import" is a Moodle (local) plugin that allows teachers to import groups and groupings but also enrol students into them using a CSV file, directly from within a course.
