This is the theme from the moodle site of Birmingham City University. It's based on bootstrap and allows for extensive customisation and some unique features to help improve Moodle's usability.

BCU was well supported until several weeks ago. Then we decided to fork the theme and go ahead with a new theme with much more features than BCU and than any other moodle theme.
BCU Beta version has all the previous issues fixed and should work well. Adaptable was started after fix the BCU issues so it means that BCU Beta is stable and ready for production sites.
Anyway we are working in a procedure to upgrade BCU sites to Adaptable easily. We hope to get approval soon and then you can test it. Your opinions are really interesting.
This theme isnt really being supported / developed at the moment but another ("Adaptable") which is based off it is pending review in the Moodle.Org plugins database, I am hoping it will be approved next week, assuming HQ dont find any major issues with it.
Adaptable has the feature you are looking for.

How do users only see the courses that they are enrolled in in the frontdesk instead of showing all available courses?
BCU is compatible with version 3.0 even is not updated in the directory.
