Hi there,
I'm having an issue when to try add date in a new booking option. When I click at "add date", that message shows up:
TypeError
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'container')
Where could I buy the pro version?
Some tips?
@David thanks for your kind support and we can not wait for the update.
Best regards.
Khalaf
Dear Khalaf, thank you for reporting the problem. This has been alread reported there: https://github.com/Wunderbyte-GmbH/moodle-mod_booking/issues/492 and is fixed. You can download the fixed version from there: https://github.com/Wunderbyte-GmbH/moodle-mod_booking/archive/refs/heads/USI.zip if you need it now. Otherwise there will be a new release within the next days that is going to be published on moodle.org. Kind regards, David
Hi David,
I hope that you are doing well, we woudl like to know when will the plugin be updated to support 4.4 please note that if 4.3 is supporting 4.4 we are getting the Exception - Failed opening required '[dirroot]/question/category_class.php' (include_path='[dirroot]/lib/pear:.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php82/root/usr/share/pear')
Oh, silly me! Of course I had to check the versions page first. Thanks a lot!
It works even better on M 4.1. See the releases there https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_booking/versions
Hi David,
I was wondering about current version compatibility. I was able to find only the info regarding 4.0. Could you please tell me if the plugin is going to work on Moodle 4.1?
That's great! Thank you for letting us know! ~Bernhard from Wunderbyte
@Bernhard Fischer It took a while, but we've got the recommended updates installed and it appears that the waiting list function is working as intended again. Thank you!
@Brett Ellis: Could you please upgrade to the following versions:
https://github.com/Wunderbyte-GmbH/moodle-mod_booking/releases/tag/v8.1.40
https://github.com/Wunderbyte-GmbH/moodle-local_wunderbyte_table/releases/tag/v1.9.17
Please let us know if the waiting list works as expected with these versions as we will release this versions on moodle.org soon.
Is the waiting list functioning properly? I just removed someone from a full booking and expected to see someone automatically move up from the waiting list, but nothing happened: the waiting list remained the same, but the booking now had an open slot. That defeats the entire purpose of a waiting list, so it can't be intentional. We're using the latest version (8.1.26) and haven't experienced anything like this before. I looked through the options, but couldn't find anything. Am I missing something?
@Alessandro: David and I are investigating this, currently we unfortunately do not know, why in Amos a lot of strings are missing. So another way to go would be to copy the booking.php file from the English lang folder here: https://github.com/Wunderbyte-GmbH/moodle-mod_booking/tree/MOODLE_401_DEV/lang/en. In this copy you could provide the Italian translations and then send it to info [-at-] wunderbyte (dot) at. We could then integrate the file into Booking.
I did but many strings are not present
Go to https://lang.moodle.org/local/amos/view.php and then search for "booking". Do not select block_booking do select "booking".
I'm trying to translate the plugin but I can't find many strings? I use amos and select non-standard booking plugins. What am I doing wrong?
