This plugin is a very interesting feature, I've added some minor suggestion comments to the Bug tracker but overall it behaves in a very stable, predictable manner and has a great amount of flexibility in the ways it can be used for very positive results. Therefore I have no problem with reviewing and recommending this plugin for approval.
I think it's a great tool for setting up triggered and delayed emails, which are a great way to get people's attention! I'm sure it will get a warm reception when it's released to the community
