Ungraded Activities(Assingment/Quiz)

The plugin displays all ungraded assignments and quizzes that need your attention. Clicking on any item takes you directly to its grading page. As soon as a learner submits an assignment or completes a quiz containing manually graded questions (such as essays), it will automatically appear on the admin's Dashboard and be removed once grading is completed.

When the block is added to the Dashboard, it becomes visible to all users displaying the message "No unevaluated activity found", unless the user holds the "Editing Teacher" role in a course.
Ideally, if this block is added to the Dashboard, it should only be visible to users who hold the "Editing Teacher" role in a course.

When the block is added to a course, it becomes available to participants with the "Student" role.
Is this intentional?
Shouldn't this block be available only to participants with the "Editing Teacher" role?
