Thanks a lot for the plugin. There is not "Test Gateway button" as described in the read me file. where is this button?

Thanks a lot for the plugin. I have installed successfully in the Moodle. The issue that I am having now is that the sms API is not accepting key=value format. It expects json. Is there a work around to this? Also, I didn't get to see the "Test Gateway button" as described in the read me file. Please advise
