Grademark option settings - Attach A Rubric To This Assignment - to use a marking grid, enable it here (see Turnitin guidance on setting it up).
Any ideas on how we can get this feature added to our Turnitin Assignments?
Thanks, Chris
We have checked again and there are no issues upgrading the plugin. There isn't any functionality change in the latest release - just updates to the language packs to support simplified Chinese. My best guess without any more information is that you've updated from an old version and may need file info extension enabled, however you'd need to turn debugging on and see what is displayed on the blank page to check. If that's not the cause then it may be worth contacting our support team.
We are finding that the response column does not show when students have viewed their feedback. If you refresh an individual submission then the response is shown.
The solution to the problems described above took some time to figure out. In brief it came down to an outgoing firewall issue on our server. The intermittent nature came from how the firewall interacted with the load-balancing of Turnitin's servers. The firewall reloaded its rules each hour and that would automatically fix the problem until load balancing changed an IP address in a way that the firewall would not accept. This did not happen every hour.
