This plugin replaces SMTP email sending with Microsoft Graph API for all Moodle emails, allowing you to bypass SMTP restrictions from hosting providers. Routes all Moodle outgoing emails through Microsoft Graph API using Azure AD OAuth2 — no SMTP server required. Supports large attachments up to 150 MB, email logging, SMTP fallback, and includes a built-in test and validate page.

Greetings. We are using the plugin for our Moodle site (version 4.5) because, unfortunately, we were never able to enable SMTP. It works perfectly, though I did notice one issue. There is a support option within Moodle; when users try to send a message via this feature, an error message appears stating that the email could not be sent and advising them to use the registered email address instead. The email is sent successfully regardless, of course. I suspect this message appears because we were never able to configure SMTP. Perhaps the plugin could be updated to bypass this error message?
