Simple contact me form using the Moodle messaging system

Notifications are sent to admins - set via Site Admin > Plugins > Local plugins > Contact me

and/or users with the local/contactme:notification capability

By default, notifications are sent via email and popup

Contact messages are stored in a table called local_contactme and can be viewed via local/contactme/view.php

Contact is only allowed from external users, ie. logged in users are now allowed to use the form
