Certificate History

Your students earned those certificates. They shouldn't disappear when a course gets deleted. Certificate History captures every mod_customcert issuance as a permanent snapshot the moment it is issued — metadata, student details, and a rendered PDF — completely independent of the original course or user account. Delete the course, delete the user, it doesn't matter. The record stays.
