Course End Date Restriction

This release introduces major feature enhancements, including global configuration settings and custom audit logging, while bringing the codebase up to 100% compliance with strict Moodle coding standards.

Changelog:

• Features: Added a global administration panel (Site administration > Plugins > Local plugins) with a toggle to enable or disable automatic date synchronization without uninstalling the plugin.


• Audit & Logging: Introduced a custom Moodle log event (\local_enddateaccess\event\module_restriction_updated) that triggers whenever a module restriction is automatically modified, ensuring complete traceability for site administrators.


• Code Quality: Refactored the codebase to fully pass all Moodle CodeSniffer and PHPDoc validations with zero warnings. English and Spanish language strings have been cleaned and sorted alphabetically to comply with AMOS standards.


• Documentation: Added standardized YAML GitHub Issue templates for bug reports and feature requests.
