New and updated activity indicator

Help students spot what changed. This plugin adds eye-catching "New" and "Updated" badges to activities and resources on the course page whenever something was added or modified within a configurable time span, and can show a compact list of recently changed content at the top of the course. Badge labels, icons, colours and position are configurable site-wide, and teachers can override every setting per course — or switch the indicators off where they aren't wanted. No user data is stored, nothing is tracked, and course pages render normally with the badges injected client-side.
