I updated BBB and Moodle to the last versions and now every time I click "Join" it take me to this link "https://test-install.blindsidenetworks.com/" not joining the session

Are you able to install any plugin from moodle.org?

i have setup moodle on server
and for install "BigBlueButtonBN" plugin i have download the plugin and install in my application
but the installation time i got error
Validating mod_bigbluebuttonbn ... Error
[Error] Write access check [/var/www/html/eshvl/mod]
Installation aborted due to validation failure
how can install this plugin ?
please help

Less than 1 month ago I posted here something (just scroll up a bit). We certainly appreciate the feedback (and I personally believe the comments is the best way for having it) but if you need to interact with the developers there are better channels to do so.

Hi, thank you very much for this great plugin! I have a question please: it's possible (using this plugin) share the same BigBlueButton installation from different Moodle installations? I mean, suppose that I have installed 3 Moodle installations on 3 different servers (completely different and isolated installations for different Educational institutions). Can I point the 3 installations to the *same* BigBlueButton server using this plugin? There are any restrictions or issues on this kind of setup? For example, what about the recordings (RecordingsBN)? They will be listed separately on each Moodle installation? (I don't want "share" the recordings between the different Moodle installations. Thank you very much!

Do you have the latest version of Java installed on the computer you want to share your screen? The presenter (and only the presenter) needs to have Java installed to run the screen sharing.

I installed the latest version of the plugin on Moodle 3.3. But the collapsed section in the bbb activity setting is not clickable and cannot be open. I tested it with Moodle default theme. I really hope that anyone could help with the problem. Thank you!
