Courses to Calendar

Display all your courses in the Calendar as Site Events from selected categories. Sometimes and for some reasons, you want to display to everyone your courses in the Calendar and this is exactly what this plugin does.

You can either click on edit and edit it from the event or edit the course summary field on your course edit settings page.

The plugin settings are found under plugins/local/coursetocal - I am not sure what you mean by the event description field - this is mapped from the course summary.

Hi!
I have installed the calendar but I do not get the field to enter the event description.
I don't see anything for the plugin configuration.
Does anyone know what the problem is?
My Moodle version: 3.9
Plugin version: 3.9.2

@Sabu snp , The latest version fixes the loading problem. Feel free to upgrade and test.

Course overview should not be affected at all. We are currently we reworking the plugin to avoid a large database call when system admin settings page is loaded but that is the only I have noticed. Have you turned debugging on?

Hi, is anyone feel Moodle get slow after this plugin installed. In my site after install plugin, when each student login it showing loading "Course overview" for around more then 1 minute or sometimes it showing database overload error also.
My Moodle version is (v3.7.6)

It was resolved for Stephen. We figured out what was causing the issue and resolved it. Basically, he had all categories hidden and the plugin needs at least 1 available for the settings, otherwise it doesn't allow to move forward from the new settings page.

I have run it on 3.8 and just tested successfully on 3.9. Andres, can you add those versions to this?

Hi David. It exposes the courses dates in the calendar for all authenticated users, only those enrolled would access to the courses

With this plugins are you able to add into calendar when and where studnets have its dayly classes of each course?
