Thanks John - follow-up question, how to you give a participant the 'ability to grade'? - I assume because we are on the Submission inbox it isn't automatically a function the Teacher role.

Hi Arifah, the plugin will list all users as students that are enrolled but who don't have the ability to grade.

The Submission Inbox lists all course participants even if they are not students (teachers, admin etc). Why does it do this when we only expect submissions from Students? I can't see a way to filter out the non-students or use groups.

Hi Clare, this is not something that is available across the Turnitin platforms as there is a process that needs to be followed to remove submissions.

Is it possible to allow administrators to delete papers on the Turnitin portal without needing to email support each time?
Obviously I realise why you don't want this capability to be widely distributed...

Hi, a technical issue/suggestion... When similarity report settings are changed for an existing inbox, please could you get the 'Refresh' to properly query the existing submissions?
Sometimes an Adminstrator/Teacher changes a setting for the similarity reports, but if there are any pre-deadline existing submissions there it doesn't query these and they get stuck in a kind of limbo so that only technical support can resolve.

Hi @Fanahan Barry - Thanks for bringing that to our attention, that feature is now available globally so I've edited the description accordingly.

Quick question regarding anonymous marking. Above it states UK only in parentheses. Does that mean it is only configurable on the turnitinuk.com API URL (provided it is included in the institutional license)?

Many thanks @John We are busy testing our upgrade options - had planned to move to 3.8 (from 3.4+) but then they announced that 3.9 would be released so we are currently testing both and hope to move to 3.9 with the added features in the week of the 6th July but we use TII extensively so this may be a determining factor. Thanks once again - I will keep my eye open!

@Kristian - sorry for the delay in responding. We allow multiple instructors to access the submissions when they are still anonymous but only one grade can be applied.
@Paula - we're currently testing 3.9 and seeing if there are any issues. Hopefully won't be too long

Hi Team, Thank you so much for the work that you do in maintaining this plugin! Do you have a release date for Moodle 3.9 version? Would the 3.8 download be suitable?

Can anyone confirm for me whether this plugin allows for multiple blind markers to allocated? The core moodle function within the assignment activity only allows for one but we are needing to be able to have multiple.
Any help/advice would be amazing .

Hey Ken, I wouldn't say upgrading your moodle site is the way forward, as it only effects one course. I apologise for the confusion.
Are you able to get back to the support team through your open ticket? If you could give them some access to the course effected we will be more than happy to take a look, and hopefully get this resolved for you.

Hi Charlotte, thanks for the quick response it is Help Desk Case 00931234. It affects all users on one course only, including site administrators. All other courses are working as expected. I can access the course and all assignments by logging into Turnitin directly. I have just turned on debugging to collect some detailed logs. To be honest I posted here because "upgrade your Moodle site" is not the sort of advice I have ever received from Turnitin helpdesk previously.
