Hello, we have 2.1.2 version of BigBlueButtonBN with Moodle 3.1.2 and we've found a small problem.
When I use the "Description" section to include some text and any image (uploading a .png file), there is no problem to see this image when I enter to "Edit settings".
Also, I have enabled "Display description on course page" and it works fine. I can see the text and this image in the main page of my course. OK.
But when I use the link to enter the BigBlueButtonBN activity (http://www.mymoodlesite.es/mod/bigbluebuttonbn/view.php?id=...) the image is not displayed.
Using Firebug I can see that the code when the image fails says ... img src="@@PLUGINFILE@@/nameofmyimage.png" ...
But in the main page (when image is displayed ok), the code says ... img src="http://mymoodlesite.es/pluginfile.php/141991/mod_bigbluebuttonbn/intro/nameofmyimage.png" ...
Is this a bug?
Thanks
Hi Mike,
Not out-of-the-box. You would need to create a layer of logic between Moodle and the BigBlueButton server to manage the two servers and make them appear as one.

Hello!
Is it possible to use two different BigBlueButton servers within one instance of Moodle?
Hello! I have already installed the plugin on my site! I have done a test and I recorded the session. But the recording does not appear on the site! I could be happening? I appreciate any help. Thank you!
Hi I am not able to see the record-setting while adding bigbluebutton as a activity in moodle.
Dood day! Thaks for your product. We have one problem with it. We upload presentation (.ppt) to a our room, but our relative hyperlinks don't work (links when the target documents are in the same folder as presentation or link to the page of the presentation). Can we somehow solve the problem?
Thank you!
In our implementation we have a BBB server running 1.0 connected to a Moodle instance running Moodle 3.1+ (Build: 20160707) using the BigBlueButtonBN plugin (2016051902) and Recordings plugin (2016051902). At this point it appears that the firewalls on both servers allow for communication back and forth (in fact I've seen the same error with both firewalls turned off). When I create an activity and try to include the presentation using the Moodle plugin I see an error on the BBB server:
2016-07-13 10:23:10,006-04:00 ERROR org.bigbluebutton.presentation.PresentationUrlDownloadService - IOException for url=[https://mymoodleserveraddress/pluginfile.php/930111/mod_bigbluebuttonbn/presentation/58245dbcd1a2a7ef11c72343596aeb73/presentaitionfile.pdf] with meeting[708c5af2d85c6bf502bee94d247585711112b23e-1468419789996]
Any thoughts on what might be causing this issue?
Hi José, there is no mobile client for BigBlueButton 1.0. We are working on a HTML5 client for mobile access. For more details see: http://docs.bigbluebutton.org/html/html5-overview.html.

Hi Fred Dixon,
When we replace the path from "http://test-install.blindsidenetworks.com/bigbluebutton/" to our host name FROM ADMIN SECTION then we got an error like Unable to join the meeting. Please check the url of the BigBlueButton server AND check to see if the BigBlueButton server is running.
Thanks
Hi Fred Dixon,
We have window server.
Hi Brijesh, you can definitely use your own BigBlueButton server. Use the bbb-conf command to get the URL and shared secret for your server (see http://docs.bigbluebutton.org/install/bbb-conf.html#secret) and then configure the BigBlueButtonBN (using the administrator settings for the plugin) to use your server instead of test-install. Enjoy.
Hi Fred Dixon
We have install BBB Moodle plugin on my local server and it's working properly And recording section Works on local server but for joining the session it's go to the test-install.blindsidenetworks.com/bigbluebutton/,
it's possible to run BBB on our local server instead of "test-install.blindsidenetworks.com/bigbluebutton/ " server
Thanks
