Hi Brijesh, BigBlueButton is open source. For more information (and steps to setup your own BigBlueButton server), see the documentation at http://bigbluebutton.org/.

Hello
How to setup up our own BigBlueButton server
Installed the suggested new version on Moodle 2.6.1 and creates a Syntax Error, only the former version worked. Tried to report this on tracker.moodle but didn't showed this Moodle version to make the report, so maybe you are already aware.
Hi,
I have some functionality problems between the latest versions of the plugin and my 0.81 server.
Are there compatibility issues with the older versions of the BBB server and are they listed somewhere ?
Thanks
Hi! I can't use BigBluebutton now,. This is what I get
Unable to display the meetings. Please check the url of the BigBlueButton server AND check to see if the BigBlueButton server is running.
Im just using the default server and salt.
I've tested the plugin woks well but I was found flash player is necessary. In FAQ questions at project webpage i've found presentations talking about html5 and webrtc and mobile supports. And in the demo at bbb webpage is possible to launch html5 client. Are avalaibles for moodle? if not, When? thank you so much
Hello,
Thank you for this awesome plug in! I'd like to know if it is possible to deny the use of cameras by the viewers. Thank you
Hello everyone. I have just tried BigBlueButton in the Moodle Cloud. I'm very impressed and would love to use it for teaching, but it looks like RecordingsBN is not available as well. I was wondering if there was a way to record BigBlueButton sessions from the Moodle Cloud. Thank you for any comment and advice!
Hello everyone. I am new to Moodle and BigBlueButton. Previously i was able to record the bbb video sessions from the Recordingsbn plugin but now the recording doesnot appear on there. In the server also i can only find the audio files. Can anyone tell me where can i find the Video sessions recorded by bbb in Moodle. I am tired of searching, its nowhere to be found. I found all the files seperate shared desktop files, audio files, presentations, webcams but not the recorded video of the online class.
Any help is appreciated.
@Stephen Dame,
It is correct, the configuration of duration has been removed.
Configuring the duration per activity/room was a workaround for limiting the duration of recordings in version 0.8x. Since the start/stop recording button was added in version 0.9x, configuring the duration is no longer required.
And in fact, that feature has been causing more troubles than benefits. We constantly receive reports from teachers/students claiming that they were all randomly disconnected, or consistently disconnected before the time they had planned. This is very common when the room is opened by students beforehand, sometimes even long time before the teacher joined the session.
We may include a different mechanism for managing duration in a further version, but we need first to have the ability in BBB of sending notifications to users so they know that they are going to be kicked because the configuration of the session and no because a failure in BBB.
Looks like newest version of plugin not longer allows for setting duration on an activity level or individual moodle server setting , so every activity is fixed to the server default. Is this correct?
