what is the maximum limit of a student in the session ?

I want to paginate classroom records table because it very load our website and not find any query in all functions such as bigbluebuttonbn_get_recording_table, bigbluebuttonbn_view_render_recordings

I'm using bigbluebutton plugin in my Moodle Cloud. I give my course lectures via bigbluebutton with recording enabled. I'm using Moodle version 3.9.1.
I have two problems.
1. The students complained of being stuck at loading when they try to assess lecture recording via iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) whether they use Safari or Chrome or Firefox browser. When I searched in this group, I found the solution with server setting using .webm and .mp4. But I don't know how to make changes from Moodle app. Please help me.
2. When recording playback videos are downloaded in my Windows laptop, the video includes no screen writings at all though it includes sounds.
How can I solve these 2 problems please? Thank you very much.

Hi, I have integrated a server BBB in moodle. It is not workng well the sessions are recording in server, but they are not showing in our Moodle. How could I for watching this recordings?

please i need to know what are the limitations to use this free service
if i use it with my school in separate sessions every one not more than 20 user will it work fine with me as using free service ?

After upgrading to BBB "2.2.21" all recordings within a course are gone!
But I can see them on the BBB server.

Hi, I have integrated BBB in moodle. It worked well in first 2 sessions and recordings were automatically uploaded but for the last session, the recording has not been uploaded. How can I find where did the recording go? Why wasn't it posted automatically?

Hi! I think there is a typo in: view_groups_nogroups_warning | bigbluebuttonbn. At the end of the text string, maybe, instead of "have goups defined" it should be "have groups defined". Thank you
