Hi, thank you for this good resource for teaching. Tried to get help from the BBB google forum but my request to join group was denied. I hope to get assistance here.
As our viewer numbers increase from 5 upwards, we run into problems with video sharing. The video camera error reads "Error 1020: media could not reach the server"
BBB is installed in a VM on Google cloud server. I followed the instructions provided. Just to add that a STUN server is added to the Kurento configuration.

Good morning, I am using BBB 2.3.3 on Moodle 3.6.6 - Within the admin settings for the BBB plugin, the option for 'Send notifications is enabled' it ticked, however when I am in a BBB activity within a course, the notifications options isn't ticked, and even if I tick it and save, if I come back into the editing settings it has unticked itself. And users are not getting the desired notifications. Am I doing something wrong or missing something, or is this a bug?

Hello ! I'm using Moodle 3.8 and I have installed the lastest BBB plugin but whenever I try to use it, this message is showing "This Moodle server is making use of the BigBlueButton testing server that comes pre-configured by default. It should be replaced for production." It should be replaced by what ? and when i try to enter a session this message is showing "bigbluebuttonbn/You have exceeded the max number of concurrent meetings." Yet, it's the only one on going...

We want bbb to be like on your video, but ours is different. Could you tell tell us please, what do we need to do:
customized design somewhere in the settings?
upgrade bbb version?
integrate greenlight instead of bbb?

Dear developers, a moodle and a bbb plugin have been installed on a vps for a primary school. The moodle part works perfectly, there are no interruptions. Teachers keep a video lesson for a small number (<20 students) a day using BBB, but we often get an error message like this:
bigbluebuttonbn/You have exceeded the max number of concurrent meetings.
What could be the problem?

Hi guys, I have a Moodle instances behind PFSense firewall (pretty common setup) and BBB sessions recordings made on them are not shown although present on the BBB server. For Moodle instances that are not behind firewall recordings on the same BBB server are displayed just fine. So there must be a call from the BBB server to Moodle instance which is not correctly directed trough the firewall and recordings not saved to the BBB module table in the database and not displayed on the BBB Activity pages. I even tried to capture TCP/UDP traffic on the firewall between BBB server and FW external IP address but I am not able to resolve this issue so far. Does someone have some incentive whether this could be solved somehow? Thanks in advance!

It seems that the setting that students have to wait for the moderator does not work with the Android Moodle App. Even when a moderator is present, the app still shows that students have to wait for a moderator to arrive. Is this something that can be worked around or does it just mean that we can't use this option if students use the app?

I am struggling to get bigbluebutton on to my site, I have watched the video however I don't know where to find it. When I go in to plugins I don't get install I only get overview could someone please advise. Many thanks Ann

I've installed a BBB server, and then the moodle plugin over Moodle 3.6.8+ (Build: 20200130) and it worked perfectly from the beginning. Thanks
