On Moodle 4.1.9+ after clicking the Info icon, it displays the error: An error in the program that must be fixed by the programmer: Controller for route not found.

Bulk adding the block is not possible at the moment, however if you wish to award points for completing any course, the best way forward is likely to use the block "Sitewide" (from the admin settings), and then create a single "Course completion" rule which awards points when a course is completed. I am not able to see the LevelUP XP points on the mobile app. Is this expected? Do I need to do any more setup for app visibility?

Hi @Clif, that setting must be set to "Sitewide" for the block to be added to the dashboard. When used "Per course", XP is isolated per course and thus cannot be used on the dashboard.

Right now the setting for "Where are points used? block_xp_context" is set to default: "In courses". I have not modified my Moodle instance besides a few plugins for blocks/resources, so I'm not sure why this isn't working for me sadly.

In Moodle 4.5.1 (20241209), it appears to be installed, but it's not visible among the plugins or blocks. I couldn't use it. @Clif, were you able to find a solution for your case?

Hi @Clif, is Level Up XP set to be used sitewide? That is done in XP's admin settings. The block will only show in courses when that setting is not sitewide. https://docs.levelup.plus/xp/docs/getting-started/per-course-or-site

@Frédéric, thank you I have double checked my system admin permissions and the default dashboard, but I do not see the "Level Up XP" from the list for "Add a block". The versions are up to date, no errors, and permissions are set allowing me to add blocks. Any other ideas as to why I cannot see "Level Up XP" in the "Add a block" list on the default dashboard? Thank you.
